Honor the change of season (and the many transitions in our lives) as we prepare to welcome back the growing things of spring.

Join me on the mat via Zoom to calm your mind, relax your body, soothe your heart, and steady your spirit. There will be music. There will be poetry. There will be peace.

This yoga class is a gentle, mindful, slow-moving practice focused on getting grounded and tuning in to yourself.  Good music.  Good people.  Good for you.
